Huts

What fun!!! 

As part of our phonological awareness this week we looked at the medial vowel 'u'.

One of the words we looked at was 'hut'.

We had a big chat about making huts inside and outside.

Many children in Room 14 had never made a hut inside using sheets and blankets. 

Sooooo....

that's what we did on Friday.

What fun we had. We even did exploring time in our hut, had morning tea and lunch in our hut.

EVEN... poetry was done in our hut.
